Vi ska bo utomlands ett halvår och hyr därför ut vårt radhus. Huset hyrs ut möblerat.
Radhus i två våningar med tillhörande två parkeringsplatser på framsidan. På nedervåningen finns kök, badrum med dusch, tvättstuga, vardagsrum och förvaring i garderober och förråd. På övervåningen finns tre sovrum, kontor med bäddsoffa, badrum med badkar och en klädkammare. Sovrum 1 med dubbelsäng 180 cm, barnsäng 90 cm och inbyggd garderob. Sovrum 2 med resårsäng 90 cm. Sovrum 3 med loftsäng 90 cm med skummadrass och skrivbord. På baksidan finns en rymlig altan med utemöbler och en liten trädgård.
Till föreningen finns tre gästparkeringar samt återvinningsrum.
Internet via fiber ingår i hyran.
Hyran är kallhyra, kostnad för uppvärmning och hushållsel tillkommer enligt förbrukning. Huset värms med frånluftvärmepump och vattenburen värme.
Hyresperiod runt 1 jan – 30 jun 2027, exakta datum kan diskuteras.
Närområde
Ultuna/Bäcklösa ligger ca 5 km från centrala Uppsala och har täta bussförbindelser. Ca 1 km till lokalt centrum med matbutiker, restauranger, simhall, frisör m.m. I närområdet finns närlivs, vårdcentral, Sveriges lantbruksuniversitet (SLU), Friskis & Svettis och fina gång- och cykelvägar. Det går snabbt att cykla till Akademiska sjukhuset och Uppsala universitet. För barnfamiljer finns lekparker och flera förskolor och skolor nära.

We are going to live abroad for six months and are therefore renting out our townhouse. The house is rented out furnished.
Two-story townhouse with two parking spaces in front of the house. Downstairs there is a bathroom with shower, kitchen, laundry room, living room and storage in wardrobes and a storeroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, an office with sofa bed, closet and bathroom with bathtub. Bedroom 1 with double bed 180 cm, junior bed 90 cm and sliding door wardrobe. Bedroom 2 with box spring bed 90 cm. Bedroom 3 with loft bed 90 cm with foam mattress and desk. At the back of the house there is a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and a small garden.
Three guest parking spaces are available as well as a recycling room.
Internet via fiber is included in the rent.
The rent is exclusive of electricity, costs for heating and household electricity will be added based on consumption.
Rental period around 1 Jan – 30 Jun 2027, exact dates are negotiable.
Local area
Ultuna/Bäcklösa is about 5 km from central Uppsala and has frequent bus connections. About 1 km to the local center with grocery stores, restaurants, hairdresser and more. In the immediate area there is a small convenience store, health centre, Swedish University of Agriculture (SLU), gym and nice walking and cycling paths. It is easy to cycle to Akademiska sjukhuset and Uppsala University. For families with children, there are playgrounds and several preschools and schools nearby.
