About the home

Hej We are renting out our fully furnished 3-room apartment (57.6 m²) in Flogsta from late January until the end of June 2027. The apartment is particularly well suited for a couple, and we are looking for a student or PhD student tenant. The rent is 8300 SEK/month (electricity and Wi-Fi charged separately). Home insurance is required, and smoking and pets are not permitted. We also have a few houseplants that would appreciate some care while we're away, so a green thumb would be a bonus.
