Götaverksgatan

About the home

Modern and comfortable living in Lindholmen. Here you have closeness to restaurants, grocery stores, gym and parks. About 100 meters to closest bus and tram stop, and it takes about 10 minutes to go to the Central station. You can also take the boat Älvsnabben which is about 400 meters from the apartment to go into city center. There is one separate bedroom and one combined kitchen and living area. The apartment is on the seventh floor and is furnished with an open space layout for kitchen and living room. There is an spacious bedroom with several wardrobes. The balcony is lovely, and you can see a glimpse of the Göta Älv. In the hallway there is built in storages and two shoe cabins. The apartment is equipped with a bed, bedside tables, dinner table and chairs, sofa and sofa table, display cabinet and lamps. Water, electricity and internet is included the rent. I am renting out my condominium apartment since my daughter who used to live there before, now is studying in Shanghai. Very likely to prolong contract.
