Hej, flyttade utomlands för några år och hyr därför ut våra lägenhet i Uppsala. Det är en 3:a (egentligen en 4:a där två rum har sammanslagits till en master bedroom) på första våningen som passar bra för ett par eller en liten familj. Lägenheten är möblerat och i priset ingår TV, internet, värme, varm- och kaltvatten samt parkeringsplats (garage). Den ligger nära inköpscentrum med bl. a. affärer, simhall och bibliotek såväl som nära naturen (Gottsundagipen, Ekoln). Bussforbindelser samt cykelvãgar in i stan eller till universitetet/SLU är mycket bra.
Lãgenheten finns att hyra ut från 15.08.2026 till 30.04.2026 (eller efter överenskommelse) med optionen till förlängning.

We moved abroad for a while and are therefore renting out our apartment in Uppsala. It’s a 3-room apartment (technically a 4-room one where two rooms have been combined into a master bedroom) on the first floor, suitable for a couple or a small family.
The apartment is furnished, and the rent includes TV, internet, heating, hot and cold water, and a parking space (garage). It’s located close to a shopping center with stores, a swimming hall, a library, and nature areas (Gottsundagipen, Ekoln). Bus connections and bicycle paths into the city or to the university/SLU are very good.
The apartment is available for rent from August 15th to April 30th (exact dates negotiable), with the option to extend.
