Stand alone house with large garden. 2 large bedrooms, lounge and dining room and kitchen with table and chairs. Nearly new furniture and mostly newly painted inside. Fully functional with smart TV, vacuum cleaner. WIFI, microwave etc. Still needs painting outside so not a perfect house but cosy..
