I’m renting out a room in a beautiful turn-of-the-century apartment right in the middle of Långbro Park, with large windows and ceilings up to 4 meters high. You’ll be living in one of the charming older houses in the park — peaceful and surrounded by greenery. Close to forest areas, a nature reserve, and a lake.
It takes about 20 minutes by subway to get to Gamla Stan, and buses also run from the park. By car, it’s about 15 minutes to the city.
The room is a bright, lightly furnished loft room with high ceilings and a large window. It’s the white room in the panoramic photo — best to see irl.
Bathtub in the bathroom.In the basement, there’s a sauna/relaxation area, and the courtyard has a private garden for barbecues and outdoor dining.
The apartment is shared with me and my 7-year-old son (who stays with me half the time) - but we will be away a lot during the summer and then you will have the whole place.
Looking for a responsible, easygoing, and friendly calm person. Non-smoker, no parties.
