Hello✨, I am renting out my ROOM in Hagsätra, Stockholm, from January- approx June since I’ll be away on exchange I am preferably looking for another student who’s doing an exchange in Stockholm during the term🌸 The room is around 20 square meters and it’ll come fully furnished. A fridge ,microwave, stove and TV will be put in the room for convenience and the toilet is not shared, only the shower. The whole apartment is 76 square meters and you’ll be sharing it with my mother who is very respectful and keeps to herself most of the time. The location is great since it’s two minutes to the nearest metro that’ll take you to the city. I’ve went to KTH and SU and I can guarantee that the journey is very effective and not troublesome at all. The rent will be 6000SEK/ month (all bills included) but price could be negotiated. No animals allowed, no smokers and no excessive company. I’m just looking for a tidy person who can take care of their space and be respectful!
