We are moving to our new house, so we are renting out our apartment in Brunnshög.
The apartment is bright and modern, with 3 bedrooms, an open plan kitchen and living room, two full bathrooms, a sunny balcony, and a private storage room. It has a spacious and practical layout, making it ideal for families or professionals.
It is located in Brunnshög, within walking distance of the tram, ICA, restaurants, cafés, parks, and other amenities. Lund city center is just a few minutes away by tram or bike. There are also multiple parking options available around the building.
The rent includes the monthly housing fee (månadsavgift), TV, and internet. Water and electricity are billed separately based on consumption (typically around SEK 600 per month).
**Note:** The apartment is rented unfurnished. The furniture shown in the photos is ours. If you are interested in renting it furnished, we can discuss it for an additional cost.
