Möblerat rum uthyres i en rymlig lägenhet som den inneboende också får tillgång till. Rummets storlek är ca 14 kvm och är möblerad med säng, skrivbord, skrivbordsstol, skåp och garderober. Den inneboende har också tillgång till vardagsrum, kök, hall, badrum och balkong. Lägenheten ligger i norra Uppsala med ca 10 minuters cykelavstånd till centrala stan.
Jag som är förstahandshyresgäst är en lugn forskarstuderande på Uppsala Universitet som spenderar mycket tid åt arbete/studier. Boendet passar dig som är ordningsam, ansvarsfull och har en sysselsättning såsom arbete eller studier. Rökning, droganvändning, eller kraftig alkoholkonsumtion får inte ske i lägenheten.
