Vi har hyr nu ut delar av vårt radhus till student för 7e året i rad. Boendet är uppskattat av studenter som ett första boende medan man bekantar sig med staden och hittar rätt i studentlivet. Vårt radhus ligger i Sliparelyckan ca 2 km från Lund C. ( 2.5 km från LTH) Med cykel tar dessa sträckor ca 10 minuter då Lund är väldigt cykelvänligt.
Det vi erbjuder
• Möblerade rum med flexibel användning av husets ytor. .Egen separat ingång till den nedre våningen med sällskapsyta och möjlighet till enklare matlagning. Till viss del delat badrum-tvättstuga.
• Hyra: 4950 kr/mån (el, värme och wifi ingår). Hyra betalas sept - juni inflytt kan dock ske i augusti.

Living with own entrance
We have now rented out parts of our townhouse to students for the 7th year in a row. The accommodation is appreciated by students as a first accommodation while they get to know the city and find their way in student life. Our townhouse is located in Sliparelyckan about 2 km from Lund C. (2.5 km from LTH) By bike these distances take about 10 minutes as Lund is very bike-friendly.
What we offer
• Furnished rooms with flexible use of the house's spaces. .Own separate entrance to the lower floor with a lounge area and the possibility of simple cooking. Some shared bathroom-laundry room.
• Rent: 4950 SEK/month (electricity, heating and wifi included). Rent is paid Sept - June, however, move-in can take place in August.
