En ljus och fin nyrenoverad 3a lokaliserad på Stora Essingen, otroligt trevliga grannar i huset på köpet :) Hyrs ut delvis möblerad, köket är nytt med gasspis vilket tar matlagningen på en annan nivå! Planlösning är fantastisk med 2 avskilda sovrum (alt. sovrum+ljust arbetsrum). Att bo på Stora Essingen har alldeles unika fördelar. Här bor man innanför tullarna med skärgårdskänsla mitt i stan och med klippor, badplatser, småbåtshamn men har ändå city på cykel-/gångavstånd. Ön erbjuder en trevlig italiensk bistro, bageri, blomsteraffär och allmän service. På ön finns bl.a. två gym, en judodojo, fyra förskolor, tre grundskolor och tre gymnasieskolor. På idrottsplatsen tränas och spelas fotboll med Essinge IK, Kungsholmens basket har också aktiviteter på ön. Nere vid vattnet finns en kayakomat by Point 65 där man kan hyra kajak. Bra kommunikationer med 1:ans och 56:ans bussar, nattbuss 91, samt tvärbana. Sommartid kan man ta båten från Värdshusbryggan till Stadshuset/Drottningholm. Pendelbåten Movitz trafikerar Stora Essingen från den 2/5. 1:ans buss är en av stamlinjerna och passerar Fridhemsplan, stannar vid T-centralen och Arlanda Express, kör Kungsgatan förbi Stureplan och vidare upp till Östermalm. Tvärbanan går mellan Sickla och ända till Solna station via Gullmarsplan, Globen, Liljeholmen och Alvik, alla med anknytning till tunnelbana och bussar, bl.a. till Arlanda och Bromma Flygplats. I Årstaberg och Sundbyberg kan man också byta till pendeltåg. A bright and nicely renovated 3-room apartment located on Stora Essingen, with incredibly friendly neighbors in the building as a bonus :) It is partially furnished, and the kitchen is new with a gas stove, taking cooking to another level! The layout is fantastic with 2 separate bedrooms (or a bedroom and a bright workspace). Living on Stora Essingen offers unique advantages. Here, you reside within the city limits with a coastal feeling in the middle of town. You have cliffs, bathing spots, a small boat harbor, and still, the city center is within cycling or walking distance. The island provides a pleasant Italian bistro, a bakery, a flower shop, and general services. On the island, you'll find two gyms, a judo dojo, four preschools, three elementary schools, and three high schools. At the sports field, you can practice and play football with Essinge IK, and Kungsholmens basketball team also has activities on the island. Down by the water, there's a kayak station by Point 65, where you can rent kayaks. Good transportation options with bus lines 1 and 56, night bus 91, and the tram. During the summer, you can take the boat from Värdshusbryggan to City Hall/Drottningholm. The commuter boat Movitz serves Stora Essingen from May 2nd. Bus line 1 is one of the main routes, passing through Fridhemsplan, stopping at T-Centralen and Arlanda Express, running along Kungsgatan, past Stureplan, and continuing to Östermalm.
