About the home

A 9 m² room will be let to a woman, with a valid residence permit, when applicable. You are allowed to register at this address. We are three adults living here, working daytime, so night workers won't be considered. There are two cats and occasionally a Siberian husky dog as well. The room is furnished with storage space- unfortunately there's no extra storage outside this room. We all share the responsibility of keeping the home neat and clean. The rent includes electricity and internet fees. One month's rent is taken as a deposit at the beginning, which will be returned when keys are given back.
