About the home
My wonderful tenant is moving out so the room will be available the 1st of December. It’s fully furnished with a continental bed, wardrobe, shelves, desk, bedside table, lamps, carpet etc. The bedroom is towards a lovely backyard and it’s really quiet and relaxing. There are shelves in the bathroom for your toiletries, we share the kitchen with all the supplies including dishwasher, airfryer, microwave and a fully equipped kitchen. This is an ”all inclusive” living space where cleaning supplies, hygiene supplies, WiFi and electricity are included. The apartment is in a very calm and safe place where the neighbors are welcoming. It is in Södermalm where you are surrounded by restaurants and shops but you still have fantastic views and parks in the area. This housing is for one person, preferably student that can appreciate a peaceful and safe home made for resting, cooking, reading etc . I have a dog that is with me all the time and he is a calm and loving . I work from the office 3 days a week. I love to come home and rest during the week days and I take long walks with my dog.
