The area around Kastanjevägen 23 offers a pleasant and family-friendly atmosphere with proximity to green areas and a nature reserve.
The house is located 5 km to Sigtuna and Märsta. From Märsta which you can reach easily by bus you can take the SL commuter train or SJ train (20 min) to Stockholm C. Travel time by car to the city is approx. 30 minutes. The airport is about 12 min drive away. Preschools and schools are nearby in close walking distance.
The fully functional family house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a home office (whoch could be used as an additional bedroom) and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. There is plenty of natural light pouring in through large windows and creating a lovely atmosphere.
The house will be rent out mostly unfurnished, but there is a wardrobe and three cabinets in three of the four bedrooms. Attached to the master bedroom is a small walk-in wardrobe. Further furnishing can be discussed upon request.
Outside is a wonderful garden which is perfect for relaxing or playing and offers a wonderful view in the forest. There is also a nice wooden terrace on the eastern side of the house. The driveway offers enough room for two cars and you also find a large storage outside.
The rent does not include heating, water, home insurance, electricity. Internet, garbage and standard TV is included in the rent. (Internet and TV only until June 2024)
