- Long term contract (No end date, as this new property has a special privilege to rent it for the first buyer's lifetime. It is pre-approved by the community for rental without a time limit. And I am living in the South of Sweden with my family members, I will always have this property for rental)

2) Home insurance (You have to take at least a basic insurance in your name)
3) Storage room (SEK 250/month). Storage room contract will be on my name, then you have to pay me 250krs everymonth in Swish in advance. This is optional (You can skip this, if you dont need storage room)
