Hej! My name is Benoit, I’m 47 years old from France, and starting my Master’s in Geology at Lund University this September.
I am renting out a 9 sqm furnished room in my 3-room apartment located in Norra Sofielund, Malmö.
* Rent: 4,200 SEK / month (all inclusive: heating, water, electricity, and Wi-Fi)
* Deposit: 1 month's rent
* Available from: September 1st
* Duration: Ideally long-term, but short-term setups are also welcome
About the vibe
I am respectful, clean, organized, a non-smoker, and have no pets. In my free time, I love being in nature, hiking and camping, bouldering, practice yoga, go to movies and concerts. Sharing the space with an easy-going person who also appreciates a community-minded, social home environment would be lovely.
