Badrummet har golvvärme, torktumlare och tvättmaskin samt en stor dusch. En balkong med fina syrenbuskar utanför och en grind som leder ut direkt mot gården. I hyran ingår parkeringsplats, vatten och el. Möjlighet till laddning av elbil finns. Vi hyr ut bostaden i minst ett år, på grund av att nuvarande boende behöver en ny boendeform med mer stöd.
