Ca 45 min restid till Stockholm central. Stugan har enkel standard, spis med två plattor, bränntoalett, enklare dusch. Wi-fi saknas. Hyresgäst får sköta skottning och gräsklippning runt stugan, utrustning finns. Hyrs ut till lugn person med referenser och fast inkomst. 1 månadshyra i deposition. Stugan passar ej för fler än en person och är inte lämpligt utrustad för barn.
