Very nice Town House / Apartment on the top floor in a two-family villa situated in attractive Edsviken, Sollentuna. The apartment has a private entrance on the side of the house, windows in all directions, a balcony heading south west and a fire place for chilly winterdays. Three nice bedrooms, two with carpets and one with light wooden floor. A spacious bathroom, with grey sea stones on the floor, white tile on the wall and underfloor heating. Double handbasins, bath tub and washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has room for six to eight people dining. Light living room with parquet floor, fireplace and entrance to the balcony. Also, good amount of storage with a walk in closet and at the loft. Great location, only a few minutes walk to public transportations like buses and trains and to the mall Sollentuna Centrum, that has great shopping, training facilities and grocery shopping. It takes only 12 minutes by train to Stockholm, Odenplan and 20 minutes by train to Arlanda. Nice and calm neighbourhood, dead end road, which makes it perfect for families with children. Nearby is the water, large outdoor areas, kindergartens and schools. In the total rent, all running costs are included as well as a small garden and a storehouse next to the garage. Since 2011, I have been renting out the townhouse / apartment to international families who come to Sweden to work for a few years. They have all been very pleased here and have stayed for a long time. Most of my tenants have been Spanish families. One family lived here for eight years and another for five years. One of the advantages of renting from me is that you do not have to move out if you wish to extend your contract. The house is perfect for a family with two children.
