Bra bussförbindelser till bland annat kungens kurva. På 200 meters avstånd finns en hemköp och vid stationen som är 800meter bort ligger ett stort coop samt caféer, bibliotek, gym och resturanger. På andra sidan stationen finns en stor Willys. 10 minuters promenad ligger älvsjöskogens naturreservat med motionsspår, utegym, grillmöjligheter m.m På gården finns stora gräsytor att sola på och picknickbord för sommarluncher. Only a 5-minute walk to Älvsjö station, from where the commuter train takes you to Stockholm City in 8 minutes. Älvsjö is located before the split in the commuter train line, so trains run frequently. Good bus connections to many places including Kungens kurva. At a distance of 200 meters, there is a Hemköp grocery store, and at the station, which is 800 meters away, there is a large Coop, as well as cafés, a library, a gym, and restaurants. On the other side of the station, there is a large Willys supermarket. A 10-minute walk away is the Älvsjöskogen nature reserve, offering jogging trails, an outdoor gym, barbecue areas, and more. The courtyard has large grassy areas for sunbathing and picnic tables for summer lunches. The laundry room is located right across the courtyard and includes a spacious drying room. Parking is available in the area.
