Spacious apartment surrounded by nature, with large balcony, lots of amenities and sunlight all day round! In the morning there is sunlight on bedrooms and kitchen and in the evening you can see beautiful sunset colours through the living room large windows and balcony! Fully furnished and completed with convenient features such as a new wash/dry laundry machine in the apartment, a bath tube, towel drying rack, and spacious cabinets and storage options. In the kitchen there is a brand new dishwasher, induction hob and oven, and optional appliances like an air fryer, microwave, blender, espresso machine, soda stream machine, hand whisk, kettle and toaster. The large living room has a TV area with a sofa, and space for two “office” settings, (currently turned into a crafting desk and a computer desk). Through the living room you can access the 6 m² balcony equipped with table and chairs, wooden floor and a heating lamp. The main bedroom has 12 m² , with a big wardrobe and a 160cm bed. The smaller one has 10 m² , a chest of drawers and lots of space for more storage, and a 120cm bed. The apartment is located at the heart of Jarlaberg, at a 10 min walk from Nacka Strand where you can take the SL boats, 15 min walk from Nacka Forum and Ica Maxxi, and main bus connections, and only 5 min walk to the Jarlaberg Station, with busses towards the city. It is a short walk away from Nickelvikens Natural Reserve and multiple public playgrounds for kids! The building association offers a big elevator, communal sauna and party rooms via free booking, laundry room and bike room. There is garbage disposal inside the building plus recycling boxes across the street. There is plenty of street parking available and a garage for extra fees. The neighbours are friendly and mostly families with kids. We are renting the space due to a trip to Brazil to give birth to our child! We hope this place can be as comfortable and useful to you as it has been to us!
