I ett lugnt och lantligt bostadsområde finns det nu möjlighet till att hyra ett boende med tillgång till 3 sovrum, 2 toaletter, kök, tvättstuga samt ett stort vardagsrum. Huset hyrs ut med kallhyra vilket betyder att du som hyresgäst behöver
- Stå för elkostnader etc. uppvärmning.
- Stå för kostnader för vatten och sophämtning.
- Stå för kostnader för försäkring.
Att ta sig in till Grums med bil tar cirka 5 minuter.
Till Karlstad tar det cirka 30 minuter och till Säffle tar det cirka 20 minuter.
I oktober 2023 installerades en ny luftvärmepump samt ett nytt ventilationssystem för att sänka uppvärmningskostnader samt för att skapa en behaglig inomhusmiljö. Ventilationssystemet kan även användas för att svalka inomhusklimatet under en varm sommardag.
