Vi hyr ut vårt gästhus, byggt 2018. Gästhuset är fristående, med en liten uteplats. Tillgång till internet (fiber), vatten & värme ingår i hyran. Uthyres möblerat eller kan anpassas efter behov. Parkering finns utanför och det finns tillgång till laddbox för elbil om det behövs (kostnad för laddning av bil inte inkluderad i hyran). Gästhuset har eget badrum men dusch, toalett & tvättmaskin. Köket har spis, ugn & kyl och frys. Planlösningen är öppen till kök & vardagsrumsdel och det finns ett loft. Vi förväntar oss lätt & öppen kommunikation med en hyresgäst, och vi ser gärna att det är någon som är lugn och trygg då vi har små barn.
