I Högsbohöjd har man närhet till centrala Göteborg, goda kommunikationsmöjligheter vare sig om man åker kollektivt eller cyklar, tar ca 20 min in till stan med buss från närmsta hållplats Sjupundsgatan. Även Botaniska trädgården, Slottskogen och havet ligger nära. Balkong mot nordost med väldigt fin utsikt över centrala Göteborg. Föreningen godkänner 1 års uthyrning till att börja med, och om allt fungerar bra finns det ingen anledning till att neka förlängning. Lägenheten hyrs ut omöblerad och i hyran ingår bredband, varmvatten och el. :)
