På grund av studier i annan ort hyr jag ut min etta tillsvidare. Lägenheten har en öppen planlösning och hyrs ut möblerad (andra möbler än de på bilderna, nu finns bl.a. matbord med två stolar). Det finns även en takterrass tillgänglig för boende i huset. Cykelavstånd på ca 7 min till centralstationen/stan samt till stranden. Närmsta busshållplats in till centralen/stan finns på Tessins väg (ca 2 min gångavstånd). I hyran ingår allt: bredband, värme, vatten och el.
