About the home
Now we rent out our wonderful newly renovated house in Årsta Havsbad where the all costs as electricity, wifi, water , car charging station,parking is INCLUDED!
The house of 70 sqm (4 rooms with kitchen) is located near the harbour where the boat goes to Utö, approx. 250 m walk to the nearest beach and 5 min walk to shops and restaurants. We have built a 60 m2 veranda with the possibility of sun from early morning to evening sun.
We have completely renovated the bigger house many years so the house is in top condition! You have access to a kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, coffee maker and more. If it happens to be a cool evening, you can light a fire in the wood stove. An air source heat pump is also installed for heating and can also cool down the house on too hot days.
Flush toilet and washing machine with dryer are also in the house. There is also a large, lovely lawn for days out.
There is room for 3-5 cars on the lot.
Inside the house you will find 3 bedrooms where one of the rooms has a double bed with a desk, the second bedroom has a wide comfortable bed of 140 cm with a desk and wardrobes and the third room a single bed.
There is fast wifi and 3 televisions that you connect via chromecast.
Max 4-5 people will be most comfortable, 1 extra bed can be arranged if necessary. family of 5 is no problem.
As we are very keen that it is careful people who rent, we require references and good contact before and during the stay.
Smoking are not allowed.
Other information
The boat that goes to Utö is 200 meters from the property if you want to take a day boat excursion.
25 minutes by car to Stockholm City, it is also possible to go by municipal transport. 1 minute walk to the bus towards Västerhaninge where the shuttle goes into town. Larger centers can be found in Haninge or Västerhaninge, approx. 15 minutes by car. 4 golf courses are within a few km distance.
2 tennis courts are within 2 minutes walking distance.
This is a house to enjoy in with fantastic surrounding nature.
Wifi/broadband, rubbish collection and community fee are included in the rent.
Deposit: 2 months' rent + SEK 5,000 in deposit, which is returned when you move out if the house is in the same condition as when you moved in.(On the plot we have a mini house which is not included in this rental.)
