Huset: Parhus på ca 110 m² i två plan plus vind. Du delar hela huset med mig och har tillgång till allt – kök med diskmaskin, kaffemaskin och två kyl/frysar – vardagsrum med soffa, 65" TV och matbord – två badrum – tvättmaskin, torktumlare och robotdammsugare – förråd i hallen och på vinden – stor träaltan med grill och trädgård Läge: Direkt spårvagn till centralstationen på ca 15 minuter. Cykelställ och gratis parkering på gatan. Om mig: Jag är i början av 30-årsåldern, kommer från Schweiz och jobbar med forskning. Jag är aktiv, social och har ibland vänner på besök. Min rumskamrat har fått jobb i en annan stad, och därför söker jag nu nya rumskamrater. Praktiskt: Värme, vatten och internet ingår i hyran. El och hemförsäkring delar vi, och det brukar bli billigt.
