Hyr ut min 1,5a på underbara Lilla Essingen med stans bästa ljusinsläpp. Burspråket och skjutdörr till sovrummet ger en ljus lägenhet. Tryggt härligt område med närhet till Kungsholmen, restauranger, bad och ett lugnt hus med trevliga grannar. Jag köpte bostaden augusti 2023 och har trivts så bra, men då pojkvännen flyttat in har vi nu bestämt oss för att flytta till större. Jag hyr ut den möblerad men exakt vad du vill hyra är flexibelt. Mitt förslag är säng, soffa, soffbord, matbord, stolar samt såklart all förvaring som är monterat på väggen. I hyran ingår vatten, el, WIFI.
