Bostaden är mycket ren, välskött och i gott skick, med en trivsam och hemtrevlig känsla. Lägenheten är tillgänglig för inflyttning inom kort. Vi planerar i första hand att hyra ut den under ett år, men det finns även möjlighet till förlängning enligt överenskommelse. Vi söker en lugn, skötsam och ansvarsfull hyresgäst som tar väl hand om lägenheten.
