I am renting out a well-planned and spacious studio apartment of 41 sqm, located on the top floor of the building. The apartment is bright and fresh with generous ceiling height, wooden floors, and large windows facing a quiet and leafy courtyard, offering a pleasant view and afternoon sun.
The apartment offers excellent storage with two newly built wardrobe walls as well as a large private storage unit. The sleeping alcove comfortably fits a bed measuring 140–180 cm.
Excellent transport links with a bus stop right outside the building and several bus lines taking you to central Stockholm in approximately 10-15 minutes. A grocery store, postal service, and restaurant are located in the same building. A laundry room is available in the basement.
The rent includes electricity, water, heating, and broadband. The apartment is rented unfurnished or partially furnished if desired.
The apartment is rented out long-term, as I have moved in with my partner. I am looking for a responsible tenant (or couple) who will take care of the apartment as their own.
