Välkommen till vår trivsamma villa på Ängsvägen i Kungsängen. Villan är en välskött hörnvilla med en stor uteplats och ett inglasat uterum som ger möjlighet att njuta av både sommar- och vinterhalvåret. Huset totalrenoverades för cirka sex år sedan och håller en genomgående hög standard. Köket är utrustat med moderna vitvaror, och bostaden har dessutom en egen tvättstuga som gör vardagen smidig. Vi hyr ut villan eftersom vi kommer att flytta till en annan stad för studier. Området är lugnt, tryggt och mycket familjevänligt, med närhet till grönområden, skolor, förskolor och goda kommunikationer. Vi söker en skötsam hyresgäst som kommer att trivas och ta väl hand om vårt hem.
