I would like to rent my apartment that comes fully furnished with stuff like a queen-size bed, soffa, dining table, wardrobes, kitchen utilities, dishwasher, microwave etc
The apartment is only a few minutes from the metro and buses. Good communications and close to shops and green areas.
The Rent is SEK 11,500 per month and there will be a one-month rent deposit upon moving in which you will receive back when you move out. You will have a written contract for six months with a big possibility for extension.
