Huset ligger i Brandthovda, ett fint område i Västerås och har 3 sovrum, ett ljus vardagsrum, ett rymligt kök och nytt badrum. Allt med ny inredning och helt nya vitvaror. Badrummet har även badkar och det finns en tvättstuga med kombinerad tvättmaskin & torktumlare.
Nära huset finns det både skola och förskola med matbutik även nära huset. Det finns även ett köpcentrum Hälla nära till huset.
- Hyra 10000 kr/mån.
- 2500 kr/mån för wifi, el/värme, vatten/avlopp, sophämtning samt parkering.
- Max 3 personer utan betalningsanmärkningar och regelbunden inkomst.
- Deposition på 2 månaders hyra. Återfås vid avflyttning.
- Vid avflytt ska huset vara i samma skick som vid inflytt.
- Rökfri och djurfri
- Uthyres 1 år med möjlighet till förlängning.
- Vi lever ett lugnt familjeliv och söker lugna hyresgäster. Ansvarskännande är ett krav.
- Vid möblerad hyra blir priset 14000 kr/mån.

We rent out the upper floor of our villa, where you get an 82 sqm apartment that is independent and completely renovated. The house is located in Brandthovda, a nice area in Västerås and has 3 bedrooms, a bright living room, a spacious kitchen and a new bathroom. Everything with new interior and brand new household appliances. The bathroom also has a bathtub and there is a laundry room with a combined washing machine & dryer.
Near the house there is both a school and a preschool with a grocery store also near the house. There is also a Hälla shopping center close to the house.
- Rent 10000 SEK/month.
- 2500 SEK/month for wifi, electricity/heating, water/sewer, garbage and parking.
- Maximum 3 people with regular income.
- Deposit of 2 months' rent. Returned when moving out.
- When moving out, the house must be in the same condition as when moving in.
- Smoke-free and pet-free
- Rent period of 1 year with the possibility of extension.
- Access to garden.
- We have a quiet family life and are looking for quiet tenants. A sense of responsibility is a requirement.
