The apartment is 56 square meters and I am renting out the bedroom of 12 square meters, which is fully furnished
There is access to wardrobes in the hall for storage on top of the furniture in the room. Fast internet connection included (100/10)
Electricity and hot water cost is added monthly based on usage which is on average about 200 a month (depends on your personal usage)
Shared kitchen with balcony with a nice view
Toilet with bathtub/shower available
Good bus connection for Malmö and Lund, which departs frequently. 4 city buses (4,13,14,15) and one regional bus (130)
Close to main hub bus network and a quick ride to Malmö Centralstation
Prefer that you are non-smoking but not a must
