Det finns hiss upp till lägenheten, en tvättstuga samt källsortering i källaren. Hyran är 12 310kr i månaden. Kabeltv ingår. Uthyraren är Jofast AB och de behöver godkänna hyresgästerna så vi förmedlar vidare till dem.
