Hej! Vi funderar på att hyra ut vårt kedjehus på Rotorp i Halmstad från någon gång i mitten av februari till slutet av maj. Vi är ganska flexibla med datumen. Vi letar efter ett likasinnat par eller en familj som under ungefär tre månader skulle vilja hyra huset till självkostnadspris, alltså i princip bara stå för husets kostnader under tiden. Vi är väldigt måna om vårt fina hus, så för oss är det viktigaste att hitta någon som känns rätt och som vi får en bra personkemi med. Huset är ca 200 kvm, stort och rymligt, med kamin, uteplats och såklart fullt möblerat.
