Cozy flat in Hammarbyhöjden, a stone's throw from the tunnelbana, shops and 7-eleven, overlooking a peaceful park with pines and greenery outside the window. 7 minutes from Slussen by train, and 10 minutes to Nackareservatet and lakes. It's a perfect mix easy access to both city life and beautiful nature. The apartment has a great open design between the kitchen and the living room/dining area, making it perfect for dinner parties and hosting. You can have a morning coffee on the balcony among the pines and watch the squirrels, deer and birds that spend time in the little garden outside the house. The rent covers the apartment, gas and electricity, and internet. I'm spending time abroad for work and therefore renting out my apartment.
