Bra läge i Gränby nära till flera matbutiker och beläget 15 minuter med buss eller cykel från centrum. Hyran inkl. möblering, internet, varm- och kallvatten är 11 000. Utöver det tillkommer el och hemförsäkring. Lägenheten ägs av Rikshem och vi kommer att hyra ut den i andra hand med rikshems godkännande. It takes less than 15 minutes to get to Uppsala central station by either bus or by biking through the park. The rent including furniture, internet, hot and cold water is 11 000 sek. You will have to pay for electricity and home insurance by yourself. The apartment is owned by Rikshem, a large swedish landlord. We will be renting it out with their permission which means anything broken is fixed professionally by them. Access to the apartment in December.
