Unbeatable location, close to both nature and the metro! The local centre has a square with a well-stocked grocery store, pharmacy, a charming cinema with a café, library, Asian grocery store, French gormet store and more. The room is cleverly designed with a loft bed and a custom-built wardrobe. I’m an architect and designed and built it myself. Shared spaces include a large kitchen with dining area, bathroom, living room, and a southeast-facing balcony. There is also a laundry room in the building with good availability. The bathroom has a washing machine and bathtub. I’m renting out the room because I’m studying in another city. From Sunday to Tuesday every week, the tenant will have the apartment to themselves. My 11-year-old child lives with me half-time. We both enjoy sharing our flat. The past eight months we have lived with a guy from Portugal. We think you are a foreign exchange student, maybe sharing some of our interests: music, cooking and football. SWEDISH Oslagbart läge, vid naturreservat och tunnelbana! Jag är arkitekt och har själv ritat och byggt. Vi delar på: Stort kök med matplats, badrum, vardagsrum och balkong (sydöstläge). I huset finns också en tvättstuga med god tillgänglighet. Badrummet har tvättmaskin och badkar. Jag hyr ut eftersom jag studerar på annan ort. Söndag-tisdag varje vecka är hyresgästen ensam hemma. Min 11-åring bor med mig på halvtid. Hemförsäkring är obligatoriskt.
