English We have always very pleased guests stayin in our apartment in heart of the centre. Hi there, we wish a nice guy/man 25-40 years old welcome to a lovely accommodation in clean and quiet apartment in the very center of Gullmarsplan, You get your own nice room and with shared a kitchen / dining room and 2 toilets together to share with a maximum of 3 other people inclusive the owners in our big apartment. The apartment is located on the square of Gullmarsplan, just one 1 minute to the metro/bus/tram. We search prefearably a long time rental minimum 6 months, and to enter: there will be a 1 month stay to try on trial and the rent is to be paid before in advance on the 30th of each month, a rental contract will be created between the renter & owner through Qcasa and the rental is valid with 1 month's further notice. Cleaning of public areas is included in the rent and if you wish towels and bedlinnen. Profile we search for: Male age between 25-40 years old, you should have a job, or study and have good references. Please send us an email request to make an appointment for a visit. Hej vi söker dig en trevlig kille/man 25-40 år välkommen till ett härligt boende i fräsch och lugn lägenhet mitt på Gullmarsplan, Du får ett eget fint rum och delar kök/matsal samt 2 toaletter tillsammans med max 3 andra inneboende inklusive värdarna i den stora våningen. Lägenheten ligger mitt på Gullmarsplan bara en 1 minut till tunnelbana/buss/spårvagn. Vi önskar helst långtids-boende med minst 6 månader och detta gäller: 1 månads bo på prov hyran betalas i förskott innan senast den 30:e varje månad, kontrakt upprättas mellan parterna via Qcasa och uthyrningen gäller tillsvidare med 1 månads uppsägning. Städning av allmänna ytor ingår i hyran, samt lakan, handduk och sängkläder om så önskas. Profil vi söker: Kille mellan 25-40 år. Du ska ha ett jobb, eller studera, samt ha goda referenser.
