The room is private and lockable with its own key. It is furnished with a 120 cm bed, desk, large wardrobe providing both a comfortable study area and plenty of storage. The kitchen, main bathroom and separate guest toilet are shared. Wi-Fi is included. Hornsbergs Strand is a safe, modern and peaceful residential area on Kungsholmen, right by the waterfront. The neighbourhood offers supermarkets, restaurants, gyms and beautiful walking paths along the water. It is an excellent location for students and anyone new to Stockholm who wants to live close to the city centre while enjoying a calm residential setting. There are excellent public transport connections from Moa Martinsons Torg. Bus 61 provides direct connections to Odenplan, Stockholm School of Economics and the KTH area. I work from home during the day and am therefore looking for a quiet, considerate and tidy student who appreciates a peaceful and well-kept home. I rent out two rooms, so there will eventually be three people living in the apartment in total. No smoking allowed. Rent: SEK 12,000 per month, including Wi-Fi. The room is available for one person.
